2. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to enter any competition.

• Proof of age and ID may be requested before prize fulfilment.

3. How to Enter

• Entry to each competition is available via paid entry through our website.
  A free postal entry route is also available. See Section 4.

• Each competition will specify a start and end time, entry limits (if applicable), and the prize details.

4. Free Entry Route

To enter for free, post your full name, address, phone number, email, and the name of the competition you wish to enter on a plain piece of paper to:

• One free entry per envelope. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
  All free entries must be received before the published closing date.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected at random using an independently verifiable process or random number generator.

• A list of winners is available on the winners page or request by emailing: reception@hotelchance.co.uk.

6. Prizes

• Prizes are as advertised and cannot be exchanged or transferred

• Cash alternatives are not available unless explicitly stated.

7. Fulfilment

• Prizes will be delivered or transferred within 7–14 working days of the draw date.

• Hotel Chance will not be liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier disruption).

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds are available once a competition entry is submitted

• If a competition cannot proceed (e.g. undersubscribed), all paid entries will be refunded.

9. Changes to Competitions

We reserve the right to cancel, extend, or modify a competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Full transparency will be maintained.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or failure to win. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Personal Data

By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We only use your data for the operation of the competition, fulfilment, and marketing (if you opt in).
